RAGE refused to exchange and i left the tshirt at the branch

I bought a tshirt at Randburg square rage and they did not give me the receipt and only the transaction one from bank machine and took my numbers that i will receive a text as a proof of payment. Unfortunately the tshirt was too small i tried to exchange it at Tibane mall as i as in Limpopo over the weekend and unfortunately they could not exchange even when i explained why i do not have a proof of payment however i showed them the payment on my account statement.

today i went to Randburg square and showed them the proof of transaction and since it was them who did not give the receipt they also refused to exchange it for me and requested me to go to the bank for a bank statement for a tshirt of R135. I asked for the manager and she could not assist and i left the t-shirt without even my re-imbur*****t.
