Rage - really pathetic service

I bought a pair of shoes from a Sandton Rage store and went to return it at Fourways. I was told that I had to take a shoe that was the same price as the shoe that I took or more. I then said I would like a refund instead since I did not want any of the shoes that were there. I was told that they could not refund me as the manager was not in. I was forced to take the shoes back home since the lady refused to refund me. I then sent an email to Head Office to complain and all they could offer me was an extension to the 7 day return policy. NO offer to assist with my cost of getting back into car, paying for fuel as well as parking to return a shoe that I should have been able to return on Sunday. When I mentioned that they should get a courier to come fetch the shoe from my home together with my refund, I got silence! REALLY... why should I bear the expense of incompetence in that Store... Really poor service from both the STORE and HEAD OFFICE... will never buy from RAGE ever again.
