Rage randburg square is tyhe worst!!!

This store is the worst, my sister bought a shoe from them today in the morning at 08:35am and ***** the shoe when she was leaving the store. She then went back to the store in the afternoon today to take back the shoe because it was not comfortable and when she walks with the shoe, it keeps on coming out, like the shoe not damaged but its so uncomfortable like its a factory fault because the shoe keeps coming out.

I then went to the store with the receipt and asked to speak to customer care and the consultant at the store did not allow me. Now can someone explain to me why they don't want to take back these shoes when they know very well that these shoes are faulty.

staff from Rage in Randburg square is not considerate at all and the customer care that they called when I was in the store is unprofessional to tell me that they will not talk to me and they only want talk to the person who bought the shoes. Can someone sort this out cause the shoes were bought today and taken back like 3/4 hours later.
