Rage Poor Customer Service

I had an account with rage, paid it off and closed it , when I closed it I was even told to "break the card" 3 years later I have an arrears amount which I don't even know where it comes from, when I enquired I am not given straight answers they went as far as to say I must report a ***** case🤷 pathetic service, don't ever open a rage account
