Rage online and Courierit ****med me

I purchased shoes online at Rage. This was February 2nd,2023.Up to now my package was not delivered. They claim the courier guy did deliver my package and I signed for it. When I phoned the courier company, CourierIt, they claim the courier guy was in an accident. So basically it's a back and forth situation. No one is taking responsibility, I believe I was ****med here. So disappointed, I'm never purchasing from Rage again.
