RAGE ON LINE IS A ****

Very disappointed with their online service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Instead of them delivering them to my address or nearby store they decided to drop off at some place i don't even know. I was send an sms to go pick up there. Took a day off from work and drove to some house. When i got there i was told the person responsible for my parcel is out they don't know when he will be back. I was like ***. What kind of set up is this. Other stores they deliver to my address or i go to the nearest store to collect. Im ****ed and disgusted.
