Rage not updating credit records

I settled my account last year, which was never overdue to begin with. However, they have not corrected my information with the credit bureau and it is affecting my credit score... A ridiculous amount of R23 that appears to be overdue when I have even closed the account and have requested that the information be corrected previously.
