Rage Messing Up My Credit Rating

I am so stressed out. Once again Rage has managed to mess up my credit rating. On 28 Nov 2018. Mathapelo @ Rage sent me an email to confirm that they will be updating my account with the Credit Bureaus because of the WRONGFUL handling of my Rage account. Today, 29 July 2019, this has still not been rectified and has affected my rating badly. May this be handled as a matter of urgency and my account with Rage be completely closed off. Please!
