Rage Manager at west street has a stinking attitude

I bought kids shoes at Rage Empangeni on Saturday so when i went to Rage west street in Durban, the short lady there gave me a stinking attitude. She firstly asked me why did i buy shoes in Empangeni and change them at Durban. She then asked for the capitec card i used to purchase the shoes. I showed her and then she told me that i am unclean as the shoes have a stain underneath. I told her i found them in that state at Empangeni as they claimed that theyve had them since last year. She then told me that she is friends with Portia from HR head office and she has influenced her not to take the shoes for exchange. She sent a picture to Portia and that stupid Portia motivated her into saying she should not exchange the shoes for me. I asked her what i should do with them and she went to the store room and left me in the shop. Hellopeter is the first platform i am posting on.
