Rage mams mall customer complaint

I bought the shoes at rage mams mall and wore them for work function few hours later I had to go and get another pair because both my feet were moving and paining my toes. The glue on the shoes is completely coming out, I went to store for exchange and refused to assist because according to them if they are comfortable for consultants they should be for customers. I wrote an email to customer support looking for help but no reply even today. I'm stuck with the shoes that I can't do anything about. Mind you it was my first purchase on my store account and already I'm unhappy. I regret myself, they never took us serious and give us fair and pleasant treatment
