Rage mall of Tembisa service

Good day,,I bought clothes 2 weeks ago at mall of tembisa,,yesterday I returned the clothes I was told that I can't get my refund as 7 days passed and I didn't know that after 7 days you don't get refund and I was forced that I must take something that worth that money why don't they offer me a voucher to buy on another rage as I didn't like anything at their shop,I decided to left those items at the shop as I was very angry with the way the cashiers handled the situation can you please assist
