Rage is terrible

If I could give a negative amount of stars you would get - 5, I get calls 6 to 7 times a day where the staff ask if I am Monica, I have tried telling that they should remove my number from her name, but when I say anything they just hang up on me, I don't have an account with rage nor have I ever shopped there, I would never go there after the way I see the staff treat people over the phone.
