Rage is **** they uaing our cards to buy their own things

Rage is such a **** company I have being paying my account by eft well but when I pay the rage account they will let you pay triple the amount..... I bought shoes for 299 and now paid it they asked for 20 rand I payed then they said I owed 80 rand I paid now they are saying I owe them 153 can my account be closed because this is just a **** are they also using our card
