Rage is destroying my credit score

This is my 2nd time I am complaining about Rage yet again I have not been helped. I had an account years back and due to being out of a job I was listed and after I paid up the account beginning of last year Rage has not updated my profile under Experian. I have found my left unable to apply for a bond at this point because of this company. I have called again and they said they will send an email and call the Experian Check to update it and its still not updated as I have followed up with them. I have had enough of this I am reporting this to the NCA.
