Rage is destroying my career

Rage is trying to ruin my ITC record and my career, I was out of a job for a while and when i finally got back on my feet i had decided to clear my name in the beginning of this year by paying off my account. Few months later I discovered that my name wasn't updated on ITC as to show that I have paid it off and I called into the call center and was even sent a paid up letter and told it will be sorted out in 2 weeks. Few weeks ago i app**** for a job in a bank and only to discover that Rage still appears. I though it was an error that i had to get a trans-union report and it shows that there is an outstanding amount on it. I have called the call center department again today and it seems there hasn't been any change and they cant promise how long it will take to fix this. I could lose the opportunity that i have been waiting for my whole life. Rage is destroying my career whereas i have paid them up in the beginning of this year
