Rage heidelberg mall

<p>One of my friend went to rage to give back shoes as they broke just after she wore them once , the shoes were expensive , but now they claim she cant get her money back and they state that she HAS to take another pair , i think it's absurd as the customer is always right , why would she want to take a nother pair if their shoes doent last , i realy think rage heidelberg mall is inappropriate and doesn't care about customers , if i were the owner i would get a new manager , because this one doesn't know what she is doing </p>
