Rage has been one of the worst inconveniences of my life!!

I paid up a Rage account. Over a year later, countless calls, emails and store visits they have listed me under all credit bureaus as unpaid. I have the paid up letter. I just want to clear my credit score because it's affecting it. It's inconvenient and frustrating.
