Rage ***** cace

On the 22 of October 2019 I called Rage legal regarding the ***** account that was opened on the 13th of September 2019 without my consent for a credit of R1000 with a green bard coded identification of which I no longer use and the account was activated at Eloff street in Johannesburg , I was told to send and an affidavit and a copy of my identification with 5 signatures , of which I did on the 25th of October 2019( ***) . 25/10/2019 I call Rage legal to conform if they received my documents since no reference number and the acknowledgement was received by me . I was told by the consultant that they don't send reference numbers and they will call me after 14 days. 14 days has passed by 3 days now and no response from Rage store .My ITC record has been affected and I need them to cancel the account and send me the cancellation letter.
