Rage *****

So a ********** account was opened using my details at Rage, I went a raised a complaint, I was asked to submit copy of ID, proof of Res and sign on a blank page. I did all these but months later there's still no communication from the store and this is still reflecting negatively on my credit profile. I have went to the store numerous of times and I'm sent from pillar to post, they dont even have a single document that says i opened that acc except for my ID number. I would like for Rage to clear my name on Transunion cause this is affecting my credit profile
