Rage fills me with rage

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! My friend bought me an outfit for Christmas. Unfortunately, due to the cut and material of the dress, it does not fit. When wanting to exchange the BRAND New dress, I was advised they wont help me without a slip. I do not have the slip and my friend has already thrown it away... I went through to the client call center, where Zinhle was obviously not in the mood to assist and only kept saying "we can't help without a till slip". When asking if anyone else could assist, she claimed to be the HOD (after previously saying she is a TM?!) and refused to escalate. I do have the date and approximate time the purchase was made, yet they cannot assist with a slip reprint? I love Rage's clothing, but will NEVER buy there again! This is ridiculous and Rage is literally the only store which enforces this policy.
