Rage failed us!

Hi everyone I would like to share my experience about Rage. I'm so disappointed with their service.On Sunday 10th of September 2023 at Rage Mabopane Square I lost two phones. So here's what happened I get there and I put my two phones on the thingy where they put shoes on top to fit the shoes so I happened to not like the way they were sitting on me so I change thoughts I shift from there to the see other shoes so I liked other shoes I asked the lady for the size. In the store there was us,other customer with her kids and the staff so the other lady works there brings the shoes that I liked we pay and everything now comes the time we have to leave my mom asks me where are the phones I tell her where letf them we look for them, phones were no where to be found we leave on the way to the car I ask my mom can't we ask for the for the footage we go back and asked the staff to check for the footage she calls the head office to ask and they told her to send whatever they needed from her she did that then they said they will call us on Monday we waited,we went on Monday to say we haven't received a call the lady said they will you guys not us here in the store cool . We only received the call on Thursday morning they called for nothing basically they called just to say the cameras were not working on that day.How's that possible?oh and one the staff said the kid(the older one)was busy coming in and out of the store mind you this is after they have paid for everything and left that's also a question mark right there. We are not saying it's their fault that we were irresponsible but it's their responsibility to make that their customers feel to shop in their store. In conclusion Rage failed us period!
