Hi there ,

I’m very disappointed with the service at Rage Phoenix Plaza I went to the store and the lady that was working on the till point on Wednesday 26-04-2023 during the day was busy on a video call with someone while serving customers, she did not care if we were there she was having a conversation on a video call not giving attention to customers as a customer I felt very not important in the store as the main thing for her was the video call she was laughing talking to someone while also serving us I couldn’t even ask questions because she was very busy , some customers walked away because of her behavior. Can the staff be trained regarding the importance of a customer service.
