Rage exchange policy
Had a very bad experience at rage The Glen. I bought shoes yesterday that were on special, tried to exchange them today for the same shoes just a size bigger and was told that I cannot exchange sale items. This is crazy as the shoes don't fit and all I wanted was a nother size. The lady was very unhelpfull and even after I suggested we call customer care she said they wouldn't help which I also find crazy. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit!!
