Rage is the worst shop to buy anything from, I bought boots on Sunday and asked the lady if I could bring it back if it doesn't suit what I want to wear it with and she said yes I may 7days refund and 30 say exchange , knowing it's a promotional item what makes me more furious is that the lady didn't explain anything to me today day 4 they refuse to refund me after calling head office, there isn't anything that I want in store so what must I do with the item even if I get a silly gift card I hate this store and don't recommend anyone to purchase from there, their stuff may be nice but they just rip you off I've never in my life heard you can't return a sale item according to them
