Rage does not care.

I have paid up my account and requesting for it to be closed off, I'm being sent from pillar to post as no one is willing to assist me. I have sent multiple emails to "***" with no assistance I have called their customer care line and spoke to a lady named lebohang who after a lengthy call is still unable to assist. Till to this day I've been fighting for the account to be closed, I'm very disappointed with their customer service it shows how they don't value their customers.
