Rage Dobsonville Store poor service

Rage store in Dobsonville gave me a poor service after i bought 3 kids boots and 1 pair was given 2 right shoes tgat i wasnt aware of on the day of purchase which i bought for the funeral of my sister,on the day of the funeral went to exchange the 1 shoe that was wrong was given an attitude by the lady called Thandeka that i must wait till they open @ 9am while the funeral is about to leave and you know how kids can be if 1 is not the same as the other ,Thandeka gave me attitude to a point that she made me feel that im nothing and theres nothing i can do to her, today dated 20-08-2024 went again to do an exchange and still gave the same attitude she gave me before what shes doing to customers its unbearable and thinks we nothing please can they do something about it.
