Rage customer services is the pits!!!

I paid my acc using eft and then emailed my proof of payment as instructed by the customer service agent on the 9th of Feb 2023. A month later the payment is still not allocated and everytime I call I speak to a different person who tells me to email my proof of payment with my id number on the subject line but still nothing. This affecting my credit score as it shows on my report that I’m in arrears.
