Rage customer service sucks

Made a payment through the ragesa.co.za with banking details to add to injury made it an instant payment. Still my payment has not been updated I was provided with their financial department number to send them an email I di that no response and now they busy reporting to the credit bureau that I owe them.. Rage sort this mess out poor poor customer service
