Rage *********** customer care

Some Rage customer (Ntombazanele) gave a false cell phone number, my number, to open a Rage account. For months now I have been in contact with Rage to delete my number from the system as I get a mammoth amount of messages and warnings about this person's Rage account. I have been promised so many times, with apology, that my number is deleted. It still isn't. I am still harassed. What an *********** bunch.
