Rage ****** Opens **** accounts

So disappointed at Rage as they allowed some lady to open an account with my details without authenticating if all was correct. They conducted an investigation when I informed them and thereafter they have not cleared my name with Trans Union since January till date June 2021. Dimakatso from legal team advised that they send report to Trans union but she is lying now my credit record is tarnished by their negligence.
