RAGE CLOTHING AND SHOES STORE MAMELODI DENLYN ILL MANNERED ASISTANTS

Rage Shoes and clothing store in Mamelodi Denlyn has the worst staff, the ladies there don't know what good customer service is. Yesterday, Sunday 01/12/2019 around 10:15am I went to the store to try and pay my account and purchase items they refused to keep aside the previous day (Saturday 30/11/2019).

I asked one of the assistants for the same shoe size as on display, simply cause I was going to make a purchase, she said its the last size, I kindly asked her to check the other rage shoe store in the same shopping centre, she then told me its not possible as "its not allowed anymore" I questioned that simply because it didn't make sense to me. Her explanation didn't make sense at all , I then said ok and asked for her name then she told me she's not allowed to give her name to me.

Now at this moment almost every customer in store was shocked by her respond. I walked to the lady who was busy at the POS and asked her the lady's name, she refused and said she can't give the name, I then asked for her's and to see the manger she refused (mind you I was very soft, no screaming or drama was caused, simply because i myself has worked in retail and never appreciated screaming customers).

As angry as I was I composed myself and put the items back and went to other rage where they sell only shoes and my items consisted of a shirt dress. Got there told the store manager the about my frustration, she was very calm and collected told me to call customer care this morning to explain my situation to Wendy as she's more active in such matters. Called since 09:00am till now 11:00am no response.

I am very disappointed because as the the bigger person I went back to the store after an hour of calming myself down, paid my account and and made the purchase.

I would really appreciate your help as I am still shook that the whole team could support such ill service.
