Rage close my account, I no longer need your service

I have never been disappointed like this in my whole life because of rage clothing, I paid off my account and went to rage clothing hellen Joseph str Pretoria Central, to ask about closing my account because I no longer want it, they gave me the email address and instructions on how and what to-send via email and I did what I was instructions but no action was made since 27 march 2024 now June 2024
