Rage!!! Close my account and I need confirmation urgently!

Extremely poor service at Rage The Glen branch. The staff is not helpful at all. I have been to that branch twice to close my account but all they do they just take my details and tell me they will get back to me because they have to “Skype “ how ridiculous, So in other words I’m forced to keep that account because I cannot be assisted efficiently by the unfriendly staff in that branch!
