My husband went into Rage Clearwater mall yesterday 23 Dec 2016 at 19:10 and purchased 3 pairs of shoes for me. The shoes are not comfortable and we went back to the store to return them and get a cash refund . This was less that an hour later from time of purchase. The lady at the store told us that we cannot get a refund as the person who authorizes these refunds has left for home and cannot be contacted. She advised that they get audited and the auditors have to approve the refund. I explained that as simple as it was buying the shoes, the refund process should also be that easy. Roselina said that we cannot get a refund this evening and advised we try again tomorrow and call headoffice. Today 24 dec 2016 12:54 we back at the store and Zanele at the store says their phones are offline. We offer our phone to make a phone call to headoffice. Head office gives a auth code FOR A F*cking VOUCHER!!! We do not want a voucher, we want our money bac**** As per their Receipt returns within 7 days you get your money back... DO NOT SHOP AT RAGE CLEARWATER!!! INFACT DO NOT SHOP AT RAGE , THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!
