Rage Busy opening ***** account

I have never ever had am account with Rage and I don't no how they manage to open the account under my name. This is affecting my negative report negatively and they are telling me that it will take them 3 months to investigate, that's 90 days with the account under my name and Rage does not care even after they opened the ********** account under my name
