Rage Bad Customer service by Asemahle and Itumeleng. Store Number( KQ1)

I am writing this review to express my from Rage staff. I had earlier on purchased a pair of boots at Rage, Chris Hani(not sure about the store code), I later on realised that I had accidentally received an odd pair.

Due to unforeseen circumstances of the looting and the burning of malls, the shop that I purchased from had to be closed.

I then decided to go to Kempton Park (Store Code:KQ1) hoping that they will help me to exchange the boot but instead what I received was not a service I would have loved to receive as a customer. On arriving at the store to return the boots the pair, the cashiers (Asemahle and Itumeleng) proceeded to demean me and insinuate that I was a looter who had come to the store to take chances. I called their attention to make them aware that I could hear them and that I felt disrespected by the remarks. The two cashiers instead doubled down and did not apologise to me, even though I had brought a legitimate claim to the store.

Personally I feel that workers there have placed their personal opinion above their professional values. They were rude and very disrespectful.

This left me humiliated and disrespected am highly disappointed in the service I have received because I have expected better.
