Rage awful treatment

I went to rage in randburg the one inside randburg square to exchange a jumpsuit I bought at maponya that had a factory defect.i bought on account and lost the receipt. When I asked her to check my last payment she refused and said it won't be changed without the receipt while it was in the same condition and with a tag so what am I to do with it? She did not even bother looking at it but was interested in telling the colleague to mop the floor because they are closed
