RAGE Atlantis really bad service

I would like to share my bad experience at Rage Atlantis.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter in December. I purchased it from the manager herself. The niece and my self tried on the shoe because my daughter was away on holiday. Went to the store 3 days later on her return as the shoe didn't fit.

I got their and the manager helped me again and as she was about to assist the store assistant decided to check the back of the shoes. And informed me that she could not exchange it. I tried to calm explain to her that we tried it on at the store and then my daughter tried it on that day of return. But she insisted that it was worn. It was still in the original packaging and you could see that only the one shoe was tried on as the paper was removed. I called head office and was on the line as they were speaking to them. I called twice and each time they kept me on the line waiting on feedback and they never got back so I ended up dropping the call.

I have a picture of what the shoes look like. I was so frustrated as my daughter was supposed to wear them for Christmas. And she couldn't. I got frustrated and the lady then decided that because of my reaction I was lying, my mother tried to explain to no avail. I was frustrated because I'm a single parent and money does not grow on trees.
