Rage account on Arrears but i have paid off the account , Bad record for my credit record.

Please assist i have paid off my Rage Account last year the 4th of December and received settlement letter , but when i check my transunion Report Rage has put me on arrears which sets a bad record for me. according to the report i have not paid the account for over 3 months.
