******/bad attitude

yesterday I went shopping at Rage (the Glen shopping centre). There I was waiting for my shoe to come as the lady helping me took time to come back(trainee). 15 minutes later she comes back tells me the shoe is taken, I go check at the till my shoe that I waited 15 minutes for has been given to a white lady. wow and when I asked Nomveliso gave me attitude and when I asked is it because am black then her respond was yes. shocking, I took it further and asked to speak to the manager who called me to the back, I refused and told them people need to know about their service as there are black people in the shops. then I was told am making noise, she calls headoffice and to my surprise they told her to call security for me. how can head office tell staff to take me out of the office and I have an account with them to top it all so am thinking of closing my account after what happened. the manager was too rude and could not handle the matter properly oh guess what I had to wait for another 20 minutes for her to look for the security whose suppose to take me out of the shop.
