R50 **** at Rage to new clients

I opened an account with Rage and was approved. On 18.10.2025 when i went to collect my card i was asked by cashier to pay R50 to activate the card which i did and purchased a necklace for R64.99 at 09h34 and was given a receipt that did not reflect the R50 i paid and left. i went back to seek clarity on that at 16h52 and was now given a receipt showing R11.00 paid. The cashier said she will record a video for me next time she helps a new client and that the R50 is recorded on the till but does not reflect on any receipt. I called and complained to customer care twice already but Palesa keeps saying they will call the cashier and no response to date.
