Quality of shoes

I bought a pair of boots from rage for R 500, on the 21st June 2019, the quality of the shoes are a shame, today 17th July 2019, I am at work and the heel just got torn from the sole, like hoe this is possible for a shoe i wear only like twice a week. If i had my receipt still, I would return them, I look like an untidy fool now. I'm really annoyed. cheap materials for the price they charge.
