Quality complain

I bought a pair of shoes at Rage in Welkom Book Street on the 17/09/2022 then only worn them on the 24 of Septembe, they are torn apart went to the store to exchange they told me its factory fault but I only worn them once. The assistant refused to help told they won't do anything about it, in a very rude. The name of the ass is Someone.
