Quality and customer service non zero

Quality and customer service non existent.All shoes I buy normally bought out of season to pay cheaper and wear in season.all shoes bought at rage damages between day 1 and and a week when return policy is specific return over 7days.i bought takkies as a gift in July,broke within time frame of a week but could only collect and return within 2 weeks .prior to return I called customer service who advices I can take it back but store and head office refused to accept.i left goods jn original packing with slips at store and yet refusal to credit my account nor acknowledge receipt of damaged goods.i wanna just close the account and never buy there again
