****py shoes

I bought shoes on the 1st of December and only wore them once when I tried to wear them for the second time I realised they had a bad crack, so I went to rage to return them, but did nkt have the receipt but my bank statement shows the purchase and I was told they can't assist me. I mean what ****py shoes are the selling that I wear only once and the crack and the can't be assisted. I do understand the fact that the ladies there take orders from head office thanks Lerato from Rage President hyper you did try your best to assist me. I it is so easy for people seating at the head office to decline us assistance. I am so disappointed about rage I even left the ****py shoes at the store without compensation or even a proper feed back. One thing for sure is that I will never set food in that store.
