Professionalism

I bought shoes on Saturday, today I took it back because I realized that the shoes are not meant for fat feet, I asked to exchange the lady was only willing to exchange for something of the same price or higher, I picked a shoe that was R50 less and she was unable to help me, because age didn't have money in the till, this is so unprofessional
