Poorest Customer Service!

Went to Rage Wonderpark yesterday with the intention to buy some Xmas shoes for my daughter, mother, nephew, and myself. Was no2 in the queue for requesting a size so no1 thought the shoes I had requested were cute and also wanted them. The sales consultant quickly and loudly said they were "ugly". To say I was embarrassed is an understatement. I was fuming inside and no1 even told the consultant + manager that that's simply rude. Neither of them offered any apology or showed any remorse. I ended up leaving the store without making a single purchase, + I had waited for over 20 minutes for a size anyway. Poor Customer Service indeed.
