Poor shoes quality and poor customer service

I am very disappointed with the quality of your shoes and also the poor customer service I recieved from Rage. I bought shoes @Rage Mandela Park in Qwaqwa on the 14/10/22 and only wore them on 31/10/22 for only 5min because the belt of the other shoe was broken 💔. I tried to take it back to the store,but I couldn't get help as I had lost the slip!!!!!! I called the customer service department to try and get the solution,but I spoke to the consultant who was very RUDE to me by the name of Jane!!!😡😡😡 I left those shoes in the store as I was refused for help 😣😣. May you kindly please advise the matter, because the reason why I lost the slip is because the shoes was a perfect fit. I didn't know that those shoes would turn out to be a disappointment to me!!!!!!
