Poor service,bad quality goods

I bought three pairs of shoes in December 2017. I had to return one pair, but was refused my money back and was forced to take another pair in-store and have to pay extra again. Today I wore the new pair to work and again the straps broke and I had to drive home with a broken shoe even bare feet at times. Rage refuses a refund and insist I take another pair of this useless poor quality shoes. Porshia was called from the customer service side and she was even worse then the sales staff at the branch. Rage store Randfontein sucks and I will advise customers to spend their money somewhere else on quality goods.
