poor service@Rage Bay Plaza richards bay

<p>yesterday i went to Rage Bay plaza bullion Boulevard richards bay to buy shoe and when i got home home i discovered that shoes were not fitting proper so i decided to got and change them today and i tried a bigger size but it also did not fit well then i asked for a refund and the lady who was assisting me said they do not do refunds i must look for another shoe and i told her that they is no any other shoe that i like and then she went back-office i think she was reffering to her manager who also come and said it cash slip she can do a refund, then she said i must wait they will refund me after a long wait of about half an hour the lady told me that they cant give me money since they had no money at the store nobody have bought anything and rest of the money from the morning is banked alraedy and i ended up leaving the store and no refund was done for me and my question is what kind of a shop which doesnt have R260.00 like really</p>
